Management software
Taumac has developed an easy-to-use and versatile software in both 2D and 3D environments.
Text lines, arched texts in multiple fonts, polylines, arcs, barcodes, datamatrix serial numbers, counters, logos and graphic import of photos are some of the many tools made available to the operator to engrave / mark objects.
It is possible to import files in the most common formats, e.g. DXF, DWG, SVG, AI, PLT, WMF, EMF, EPX, JPG, BMP, PCX, GIF and many more. It’s possible to create and manage your own database of parameters.
You can import from an Excel file or from a customer management software.
Vision systems
Two options:
– Manual with file positioning
– Automatic with piece recognition
Integrated vision system for centering the marking on the pieces.
Camera viewing area maximum 70×50 mm. 5 Mpixel camera.
Live view of the work area.
Lighting from above or from below with special backlit pallets.
Standard Focal lens 160.
Inspection and identification of the piece and registration of the pattern.
Profile definition reference for recognition of the model.
Position definition of the file relative to the piece.
The Taumac software passes automatically with laser le X, Y and R coordinates of the pieces
and automatically centers the file of marking.
Automation: Dedicated software for automation
Software developed entirely by Taumac, customizable according to customer needs. The operator interface allows the management of the process even during operation.
In Warehouse Series products, pallets can have different objects, with loading / unloading even during operation. The work cycle is not manned when in automatic mode. It is possibile to enable remote monitoring and consultation of a report of the performed work .
A high-performance PC is included with each supply.
3D marking head
Using this type of scanner head it is possible to follow the profile of the object constantly staying in focus.
This allows you to mark curved surfaces, such as spheres, cones, inclined planes or complex and irregular profiles.
So on such surfaces it’s possibile to bring texts, logos or textures. There are two selectable working areas without having to change focal lenses:
– 100x100x40 mm and 170x170x70 mm
– 200x200x80 mm and 300x300x80 mm
