Laser workstation designed for the automatic management of 15 pallets

The TauMark WL marking station is designed to lift, move, and handle loading and unloading operations on 10 pallets measuring 500 × 500 mm. On each pallet, the parts are manually pre-positioned using a grid, ready for processing. Part detection is performed via camera, followed by automatic data processing and laser marking of the components. At the end of the operation, the pallet is automatically moved to the unloading position, while the system proceeds with the next one, ensuring a continuous, fully automated workflow.

Pattern matching technology

Ideal accessory for centering markings on workpieces. Much more defined than the classic red rectangle. In the MANUAL version, the operator always positions the file on the workpiece. In the AUTOMATIC version, the camera positions the marking file on the workpieces.
