The TauMark W72 laser workstation is designed to optimize automatic marking and pallet loading/unloading processes, with the ability to handle up to 72 trays (pallets) of 300×300 mm size. Thanks to the innovative integrated vision technology and the possibility of integrating RFID technology (optional), the machine allows to identify and track in real time every single object, improving the efficiency and accuracy of the production process.

Key Features:

Automatic Pallet Handling – Movement, lifting, and loading/unloading of 72 pallets quickly and accurately.
Manual Pre-positioning of Parts – Parts are manually positioned on the pallets using a grid to ensure precise marking.
Integrated Vision System – Enables automatic centering of parts (area 70 × 50 mm, 5 MP resolution).
RFID Technology (Optional) – Optional RFID allows automatic identification and tracking of objects.
Automatic Work Cycle – The machine is designed to operate in fully automatic mode, without continuous supervision, maximizing productivity.
Remote Monitoring – The entire process can be monitored remotely, with detailed reports of completed operations to ensure continuous efficiency.

Pattern matching technology

Ideal accessory for centering markings on workpieces. Much more defined than the classic red rectangle. In the MANUAL version, the operator always positions the file on the workpiece. In the AUTOMATIC version, the camera positions the marking file on the workpieces.

The 2.5D software allows marking on flat and curved pieces. The dedicated software automatically creates the sections (layers) set by the operator.
